Our single transporter bodies are custom made to fit each individual chassis cab, and are hot dip galvanised after construction for maximum protection (though they can be painted if a preference). Decking is normally punch slotted and upformed to provide maximum grip in either galvanised steel or aluminium. Loading ramps are of either punch slotted galvanised steel or aluminium chequer plate, and provide easy loading and are securely stowed.

The finished vehicle is supplied ready for the road with full rear and side lighting.

Many extras can be incorporated including phenolic coated centre deck, electric superwinch, side protection bars, side skirts, locking tool boxes, beacons and external spotlights. etc etc.

   

We can custom manufacture a huge range of multiple vehicle transporters, from a twin deck recovery vehicle to a 5/6 car or 5 van HGV unit with semi trailer, incorporating multiple hydraulic decks, pneumatic suspension and electronic ABS.

All finished units have full lighting, and any additional features, such as electric winches or hydraulic decks functioning and 'ready to go'
